老师，我有急用，现在已经按照README.DOC中的说法做了，tomcat6.0和JDK1.6.0都已经配置好了，

出现这样的错误，原因应该是你请求的文档不存在，去看看你请求的文档是否存在。
比如说，启动tomcat后，端口为8080，然后浏览器中输入：http://localhost:8080，若是出现：
Apache Tomcat/4.0.1 - HTTP Status 404 - /index.html
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
type Status report
message /index.html
description The requested resource (/index.html) is not available.
则说明你请求的index.html不存在，看看就知道了。

现在出现以下的东西，tomcat可以使用。

请把问题说详细一些，程序出现什么错误提示，把提示信息发过来，或者浏览器中的提示信息。

你重新进行加载吧.
