找到名字冲突的两个组件一个是org.eclipse.equinox.event文件是org.eclipse.equinox.event_1.2.200.v20120522-2049一个是org.eclipse.equinox.event文件是org.eclipse.equinox.event_1.3.0.v20130327-1442在eclipse/plugins目录下,删掉其中一个,就可以解决这个问题。你可以备份一下,这两个文件,先留高版本,删掉低版本如果启动有问题就把低版本换回来

你先检查一下jdk有没有问题，能否正常运行。如果正常运行，你就把这个eclipse完全卸载之后重新去官网下载一个安装一下。
