mvc模板运行的时候出错了

我买了你们 两本书 一本是 Php从入门到精通 另一本是项目开发案例全程实录， 但是两本书的案例都是在mvc模块那里出错了。我按照书上的要求修改了
Apache 里面的 httpd.conf
#LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so 删除#
AllowOverwrite NONE 改成 All
另外在php.ini 中修改
;extention=php_pdo.dll
;extention=php_pdo_mysql.dll
前面的两个分号去除，重启Apache
运行的时候就出错了。浏览器http://localhost/known 目录下看不到public_html 这个文件，如果硬性输入这个地址就会出现 :
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, wmanhewenjie@163.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

请问如何解决 这个问题不解决我就一直用不到mvc框架的程序
