《JSP项目开发全程实录》例程06光盘里面没有SRC目录

如题，请提供SRC下载。
另外，Struts Hibernate,SQLserver的驱动包安装后运行，能出登陆框，登陆确认后出现下列错误，想找源程序发现光盘上并没有SRC这个目录，请解决一下。
